These Nylon 3D printed mounts are the easiest way to get both engine and intercooler expansion tanks into an E46 when using a B48. The new style F2X/F3X expansion tanks are extremely durable and lightweight. Also you want to use factory style (not cheap aftermarket) expansion tank because the intercooler one has a check valve on the bleed line. The heat exchanger in the manifold is higher than the expansion tank can be mounted easily so the manifold will slowly drain into the expansion tank if the check valve is not present.
